We can’t guarantee any changes to orders once they are placed. Please contact us at info@tannedcreative.com as soon as possible after placing your order for any cancellation or modification requests and we will do our very best to accommodate.
Shipping

Yes. We are able to ship all prints locally to Hong Kong and internationally. Whereas, we are not responsible for any customs, taxes or fees upon delivery to your country.

In the rare instance that your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at info@tannedcreative.com. We can offer a replacement of the print but customers will have to pay for shipping.

We do not offer framing services due to different preferences from customers, while we can recommend some local framing stores.
Once you place your order, please email us immediately after your purchase with subject matter: "Order #: Framing Request".

Absolutely! We would love to do any custom prints for our customers. Please email us with the photo and size you would like for a quote at info@tannedcreative.com.
Return & Exchanges

All sales are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if you have received a damaged piece, please reach out to us within 15 days at info@tannedcreative.com. We will not be able to provide replacements for damaged items after 15 days.
